has designed and delivered outreach activities at heritage sites about the connections between the site, the people who built/used it and the celestial objects. Activities were always designed with all ages in mind and with no prior knowledge required, so everyone can enjoy them and lean something new.
We have been lucky enough to collaborate with English Heritage in 2023 and 2024 on some big events at the Stonehenge Visitor Centre. These included shows inside an inflatable planetarium where we took visitors on a tour of the night sky and showed them the famous alignments of Stonehenge as if they were inside the stone circle four thousand years ago. In collaboration with The Sanctuary (Heritage, Craft and Wellbeing Hub) we have also built a scale replica of what Stonehenge looked like in its prime so we could show and explain the alignments.
has a range of ready-made outreach activities available, but we can also create something personalised to your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and select or co-design an outreach activity with us.
TESTIMONIALS
Fabio is accomplished in the design and implementation of highly creative and effective outreach activities, whether undertaken in the classroom or in the field. One example that stands out for me was the way he was able to combine an inflatable planetarium and an empty hall in order to take a group of students on a journey to experience a starlit night as it appeared at Stonehenge some 5,000 years ago.
